- Get in the spirit. Don’t just go shopping, dress up in some appropriate holiday-wear, even if it’s just an elf’s cap!
- Get the whole crowd. Use the wide-angle setting to get the entire line.
- Don’t blast the flash. Don’t annoy your sleep-deprived companions with an unwelcome burst of light. Increase the ISO to the highest setting on your camera (800 or 1600 is good) and hold the camera very steady to get the shot. Increasing the ISO can increase grain, though, so don’t forget to return it to its original setting.
